Return Policy

BLING QUEENS INC SHIPPING & RETURN POLICY:

All items are shipped within 10-14 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. We will always have tracking numbers on every order so that all customers can check their estimated delivery date.

There is a 7 day return for the item if it is flawed or does not fit right. We will allow up to 3 exchanges from customer error sizing per calendar year per customer.

Contact us immediately for exchanges or items being mailed back within those 7 days. You must send a picture of the item you are shipping back to BQI by emailing Allaboutblingqueens@gmail.com or to you may utilize our Bling Queens Inc Facebook page Messenger. Sending Pictures is a requirement. It ensures BQI as well as our customers the returned item to seamlessly transition back into our store inventory.

All items must have tags, be unworn, and 100% odor free! Upon arrival of the item being shipped back, our team will approve or disapprove your return.

Once approved, you will then receive store credit for the returned item. Store credit is good to use anytime with no expiration date. If we disapprove the item for any reason, you will receive the same item back & and it will count as 1 of your (3) allowable returns per customer, per calendar year.

It is the customer's responsibility to send the item back to us & provide tracking information. No return labels will be paid for from BQI.

All Inspired, Upcycled, Sales, Clearance, and Destash items are FINAL SALE NO EXCEPTIONS. ABSOLUTELY NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES ON ANY INSPIRED ITEMS FOR ANY REASON!!! Examples: bags, wallets, clothing sales, or destash items. Please note that all bodysuits, cups, hats, and jewelry are FINAL SALES and MAY NOT BE RETURNED.
